Q Based on your organizational leadership experience and the information accumulated in this class: • Identify three (3) possible dissertation research topics related to organizational leadership. Make sure your topics are current and relevant to the field. • Discuss some of the leadership problems or opportunities that each of these three studies addresses. • Offer specific suggestions for the leadership problems and/or opportunities. Support these suggestions with a rationale, research sources, and/or examples from your experience in teams/groups. Three possible dissertation research topics related to organizational leadership according to me are: 1) The psychological damage faced by the out-group workers and a decrease in efficiency as a result of that. 2) The necessity of soft skill training, life skill training to manage conflict and develop leadership qualities in the organizational culture. 3) How does conflict disrupts work atmosphere and affects the quality of work of the employees who are not involved in the conflict directly. The relationship between emotional intelligence and conflict management in assuring high levels of organizational leadership.

The baseline of the first topic is the leader-member exchange theory and the harmful aspects of the in-group and out-group policies. The LMX theory states that there are some employees who are close to the leader, they are the “in-group” people and there are some people who are not close to the leader thus “out-group” member. There is no doubt that the “out-group” members do feel insecure and they also feel that whatever they are doing is not enough. This in turn decreases their efficiency. This dissertation will try to explore what negative effects this group division.
